What is your favorite way to spend your free time? 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my American football team the most.

Your hobby and your job - where do you see similarities? How does your hobby help you in your day-to-day work?

American football is a fascinating team sport where collaboration and communication are key to a successful drive. These skills are invaluable not only on the field but also in the professional world, where effective teamwork and achieving common goals are essential. Strategic thinking also plays a central role in American football. You need to plan plays and develop a thoughtful strategy to beat the opponent. In my role as a linebacker – the “quarterback of the defense” – I have the opportunity to strengthen my leadership skills.

My tasks include motivating my team and conveying the coach’s instructions to the defensive unit.

What motivates you to come to work every day?

What motivates me every day is the opportunity to continuously expand my knowledge of computer science. Every day I learn a bit more, discover new technologies, and find creative solutions to complex problems. This continuous learning curve and the chance to grow professionally and personally drive me and make my work exciting and fulfilling.

Do you have a morning ritual that helps you start the day?

Morning stretches and my beloved coffee help me start the day off right.
