Your path to our WE should be as clear as possible from the start. That’s why we’ve outlined it briefly here. A key part of our unique WE culture is the strong team spirit. We want to get to know you – and for you to get to know us!
Apply online
Feel free to submit your application via the online application form.
Short Call
We want to get to know you better, so a colleague from the recruiting team will reach out to you for an initial phone or video call. This won’t take longer than 15–30 minutes.
First Introduction
The first introduction can take place either on-site or via a video call. You will meet a colleague from the relevant department, and together we will discuss your professional background and give you insight into your potential future role. Additionally, the responsible recruiter will be present to answer any questions you may have.
Technical Discussion
During the second meeting, we will dive deeper into technical details. You may also meet another team member or even your future manager.
Team Discussion
You will meet at least three members of your future team, giving you an authentic insight into your potential new work environment. If both sides have a positive impression, the process moves forward.
Contract Offer
You will receive a contract offer. The responsible HR Business Partner will gladly go through the contract with you in detail before signing to ensure all your questions are answered.
Onboarding
Welcome to our WE – you will receive all relevant information in advance, along with an invitation to our group-wide Onboarding Day. Feel free to reach out to us anytime with any further questions.
