Interview with Pamela

What's your favorite way to spend your free time?

Beautiful hikes, lots of cycling, cooking and delicious beers.

Your hobby and your job - where do you see similarities? How does your hobby help you in your day-to-day work?

Neither should feel like “work” or “duty”, I want to do my job as much as my hobby! I also started to live my life according to the motto “time to act”.

Feel the WE in IT - The TIMETOACT GROUP attaches great importance to the WE! What does the WE mean to you? How do you experience our WE in your day-to-day work?

I enjoy coming into the office from time to time and having great chats with colleagues!

Are there any events or traditions that you particularly like at the TIMETOACT GROUP or in your company?

The water skiing event has always been my highlight ❤️

What has been your best experience at work recently?

Completing a very time-consuming and high maintenance case.

If you could give your former self one tip in terms of professional development, what would it be?

Absolutely to have more self-confidence and self-assurance in my abilities.

What skills do you think are particularly important in your working environment?

Communication, documentation, flexibility and absolute tenacity.

What tip would you give to future colleagues?

Just do it! Ask lots of questions, stay interested, make mistakes and learn from them.

What has been your biggest professional learning recently?

Half the battle is not the knowledge and skills, but the desire.

What learning experiences have you had since joining the TIMETOACT GROUP? Are there any particular skills that you have acquired?

Haha, as I already know the TIMETOACT GROUP from my training days in 2012, I have actually learned a lot, but private experience is also important alongside professional experience. My private studies and the insight into the media world also allowed me to get to know new topics outside of the IT sector. As luck would have it and I returned to the GROUP, it was all the nicer to feel comfortable in familiar waters again.

Which books, movies... have inspired you recently?

“The child in you must find a home” by Stefanie Stahl.
