Für uns ist AI kein Zusatzthema, das man irgendwo am Ende „noch mit betrachtet“. Es ist Teil jeder Lösung, die wir heute bauen, egal ob Copilot, Automatisierung oder einfach die Frage:
Wie wird das hier für unsere Kund:innen spürbar smarter?
Wir wachsen und suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen in Teil- oder Vollzeit. Am liebsten in Hannover oder Köln.Für uns ist AI kein Zusatzthema, das man irgendwo am Ende „noch mit betrachtet“. Es ist Teil jeder Lösung, die wir heute bauen, egal ob Copilot, Automatisierung oder einfach die Frage:

Was du bei uns bewegst
- Lösungsdesigner:in: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kund:innen verstehst du ihre Geschäftsprozesse und Herausforderungen und erkennst, wo KI echten Mehrwert bringt, z. B. durch Copilot, datenbasierte Entscheidungsunterstützung oder automatisierte Prozesslogiken innerhalb von Dynamics 365.
- Software-Konfigurator:in: Du implementierst und konfigurierst Dynamics 365-Lösungen und nutzt dabei auch AI‑Funktionen wie Copilot oder intelligente Automatisierungen, um Fachbereiche im Alltag spürbar zu entlasten.
- Integrationsprofi: Du verbindest Dynamics 365 mit anderen Systemen und schaffst die Grundlage für AI‑Use Cases, indem du Datenquellen integrierst, strukturierst und sauber zugänglich machst.
Entwickler:in: - Du entwickelst Anpassungen und Erweiterungen im Dynamics‑Umfeld und arbeitest auch an AI-nahen Themen wie Copilot-Integration, Nutzung von Azure OpenAI Services oder der Umsetzung intelligenter, datengetriebener Features.
- Technische:r Supporter:in: Du unterstützt während Implementierung und Betrieb, analysierst Probleme und sorgst dafür, dass auch AI-basierte Funktionen stabil laufen und im Alltag wirklich Mehrwert liefern.
Projektmanager:in: - Du arbeitest eng mit Projektteams und Kund:innen zusammen, bringst Projekte erfolgreich ins Ziel und begleitest auch die Einführung von AI‑Funktionalitäten: von der Idee bis zur Nutzung im Alltag.
- Wissensvermittler:in: Du bleibst technisch up to date bei Dynamics, Power Platform und AI-Themen, probierst neue Features aus, baust erste Lösungen oder Prototypen und teilst dein Wissen im Team.
Was du mitbringst
- Technische Kompetenz & Expertenwissen: Du hast Erfahrung im Dynamics 365-Umfeld und bewegst dich sicher in Konfiguration, Erweiterung und Integration. Du kennst die zentralen Dynamics‑Tools und -Konzepte, hast ein gutes Verständnis für die Architektur und weißt, wie sich Lösungen innerhalb von Dynamics sauber aufbauen und weiterentwickeln lassen.
- AI- & Copilot-Verständnis: Du hast ein gutes Gefühl dafür, wie KI im Dynamics-Umfeld eingesetzt wird, z. B. rund um Copilot, datenbasierte Use Cases oder Automatisierungen und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen damit gesammelt.
- Projekt- & Methoden-Setup: Du hast bereits Kundenprojekte umgesetzt, kennst Themen wie Azure, Sicherheit und Governance und behältst auch in komplexeren Szenarien den Überblick.
- Arbeitsweise & Zusammenarbeit: Du denkst strukturiert, löst Probleme pragmatisch und kannst technische Themen verständlich machen. Gleichzeitig arbeitest du eigenständig, bleibst ruhig, wenn es mal messy wird, und weißt, dass gute Ergebnisse im Team entstehen.
