We’d like to introduce you to our employee Koray Ilbasi from synaigy in Cologne. As a System Analyst, he works in the field of Cloud Infrastructure. What excites him most is constantly learning about new technologies and improving existing systems. That’s why he describes his job in one word: “Techi.”
Lara works as a Software Engineer at TIMETOACT in Cologne. What she loves most about her job is the ability to express her creativity. For Lara, "Feel the WE in IT" means that together as a team, we can achieve anything and share and live out our passion for IT.
Robin is an apprentice IT specialist for application development at X-INTEGRATE. For him, "Feel the WE in IT." stands for teamwork, cohesion, and fun. He sums it up perfectly: “Every individual is important to us and strengthens the team. There is always a relaxed yet productive working atmosphere!"
Diana works as a Team Manager in the Managed Services Microsoft division at novaCapta. Her job is particularly exciting due to the collaboration with large international clients. For her, "Feel the WE in IT."means having colleagues who always support her. “This allows me to balance family and work and spend more time with my children,” Diana explains.
Büsra works as a People and Culture Manager at ARS and describes her job as deeply people-centered. “I interact with many different people from diverse cultures and am always learning something new.” She also values the shared values and goals within the TIMETOACT GROUP.
