Women at TIMETOACT GROUP

With our current proportion of women, we are already above the industry average – but for us, that’s only the beginning. We’re convinced: there’s still more to achieve! Our goal is to further increase the share of women across all areas, especially in leadership positions and technical roles.

Women at our company have equal opportunities to shape their career paths individually and fully realize their potential. We create spaces for development, visibility, and mutual support – and actively foster a culture where diversity is valued and differences are seen as a strength. It’s important to us to make existing barriers visible and systematically remove them. To achieve this, we rely on the support of our executive team as well as the collaboration of all employees. Because real change can only happen together.

Change thrives on role models and personal stories. In the following video, four colleagues from the TIMETOACT GROUP introduce themselves and share insights into their career paths, experiences, and motivations.

Their stories show that career journeys are as diverse as people themselves – shaped by opportunities, challenges, and individual choices. It is precisely this diversity that makes us strong and inspires us to move forward together.

We are proud to highlight women within the TIMETOACT GROUP, to share their perspectives, and to encourage others to pursue their own paths. Every story is unique – and at the same time, each one helps us shape a company culture that is more open, diverse, and future-oriented.

Women's network

In April 2024, around 60 colleagues came together in Frankfurt to celebrate the launch of our Women’s Network. The network provides a space for women to support, encourage, and inspire one another, while also creating opportunities for professional growth. At its core, it focuses on sharing experiences, challenges, and best practices in order to build confidence and unlock potential.

The event offered space for cross-company exchange, networking, and brainstorming on concrete issues and possible actions. In a panel discussion with four representatives, career paths were presented and personal experiences shared. Hermann Ballé, Managing Director of the TIMETOACT GROUP, also joined the discussion and emphasized in his welcome address how important this topic is to the entire management team.

Beyond that, we actively promote ongoing exchange within the TIMETOACT GROUP: in regular Coffee Talks, colleagues come together in smaller groups to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. Step by step, this creates a strong network that extends far beyond individual events.

A very important topic for women in IT, and therefore also for women at the TIMETOACT GROUP, is to network better with each other and with male managers. In this way, we can support each other and make the potential of diverse teams visible. I would like to encourage women and act as a role model, even as a supposed minority in the male-dominated IT sector, to create a place and space for themselves with their female strengths and talents.
