However, please note that we require your email address or another means of contact if you wish to allow for follow-up questions or further communication. Follow-up questions are often necessary to properly clarify the facts and take further action. In the case of an anonymous report, our ability to do so is limited, depending on the incident.
We ensure that no action will be taken against you for reporting a violation or cooperating in an investigation, provided that you have not committed any misconduct yourself. The company will comply with applicable data protection regulations, in particular your rights and those of the accused. Reports will be used solely for the purpose of investigating and, if necessary, taking disciplinary action against violations. The accused will be informed of the allegations against them as soon as doing so no longer jeopardizes the investigation. Data that is no longer needed will be deleted upon completion of the investigation or after 12 months at the latest.
